Pakistan Endocrine Society, arranged second joint PES and AACE Pakistan Chapter 2nd CME of the year 2017, held at Lahore on March 22, 2017. It was sponsored by Pharm Evo Pvt.  Ltd at Royal Palm.

Professor Khurshid Khan (Professor of Medicine & Endocrinology at Allama Iqbal Medical College) delivered a state of the art lecture on the “DIABETES MANAGEMENT ON CURRENT STRATEGIES- DOING GOOD OR HARM” and Dr. Fawad Ahmad Randhawa (Vice President Punjab PES and Assistant Professor of Endocrinology at King Edward Medical University) presented“HYPOTHYROIDISM- WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW”. The event was moderated by Dr. Maliha Hameed (Assistant Professor of Medicine at Ameer- Ud- Din Medical College, Lahore General Hospital. The event commenced by distributing the KAP questionnaire to the attending physicians which were collected back after the session. The event was chaired by Professor Tariq Waseem (Professor of Medicine at King Edward Medical University). The event witnessed a large gathering consisted of Post-graduate trainees of Endocrinology and General Practitioners. Each talk was followed by a very intriguing question and answer session. The efforts of PES were highly appreciated by the audience.
