Pakistan Endocrine Society Baluchistan chapter conducted an online symposium on updates in Endocrinology and Diabetes on 8th August 2020.

Department of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism has recently been started   under the supervision of Dr Nadeem Naeem FCPS(Med), FCPS(endo), MRCP-SC (Diabetes and Endo), executive member Pakistan Endocrine Society.

Department arranged a CME for Health care Professional just before Ramadan on 8th of April 2021 with the name Ramadan aur apki Sehat.

Dr Nadeem Naeem Discussed the latest IDF- DAR 2021 guidelines for management of Diabetes during Ramadan. Discussion was also done about the latest PES guidelines about Diabetes and Cardiometabolic Syndrome.

Nephrology Department was also taken on board and Kidney protection in patients with Diabetes fasting during Ramadan was discussed with Health care Professionals.
