Pakistan Endocrine Society Baluchistan chapter conducted an online symposium on updates in Endocrinology and Diabetes on 8th August 2020.

In the Era of Covid 19 Pandemic Pakistan Endocrine Society continued it tradition of providing training to endocrine fellows. During COVID lockdown when training activities were restricted, Pakistan Endocrine Society launched virtual Endocrine Case Discussion club held weekly in July to August 2020 and then in Feburary 2021 on Zoom that was very well received by Endocrine fellows across Pakistan.

All PES chapters including Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Islamabad and Baluchistan participated in this activity where Endocrine fellows followed by discussion by eminent endocrinologist of the country presented interesting cases.

The eminent Panelists include Prof. Khurshid Khan, Dr Sadia Salman, Dr Waqas Shafiq, Dr Umal Azmat, Dr Zahid Miyan, Dr Musarrat Riaz, Dr Akhtar Ali Baloch, Dr Zareen Kiran, Dr Fawad Randhawa, Dr Umar Yousaf Raja, Dr Osama Ishtiaq, Dr Ibrar Ahmed, Dr Arshad Hussain, Dr Tahir Ghaffar Khatak, Dr Sarwar Malik and Dr Nanik Ram.
